Terms and Conditions

  • Customers accept full responsibility for waste disposal in dumpsters and agree to additional charges if the dumpster contains prohibited waste or is over the allotted weight limit for the rental.  Prohibited Waste: Appliances, Asbestos Containing Items, Batteries, Bulk Liquids, Chemicals (Corrosive, Flammable), Electronics, Explosives, Fertilizers, Hazardous Waste, Herbicides, Medical Waste, Paint, Pesticides, Propane Tanks, Radioactive Wastes, Tires.
  • Customers will be required to place a $100 deposit at the time of scheduling delivery and will forfeit if they fail to cancel within the specified time. This deposit will be applied to their final bill.
  • Do not overfill the dumpster, load to the fill line only. Any overweight citations or legal judgements against Platinum Waste Services while hauling from the customers job site will be paid by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to unload excess waste if not within specified fill line or weight.
  • Dumpsters are not to be moved by customers. Platinum Services will move the dumpsters upon request; however, a trip fee may apply.
  • Customers are responsible for any damage done to the dumpster while on their property/jobsite and will be charged back accordingly.
  • Customers accept complete responsibility for any damage to their driveway, lawn, job site, etc., from delivery or pick up.
  • The customer understands that if the rental terms end early by request of the customer there will not be a refund. The customer understands that rain or snow will not change any terms or conditions to the rental agreement.
  • Although the prices vary by customer needs, if a dumpster is set and not moved for 30 days, the customer will be charged back $1/day for the previous 30 days and continue to acquire charges of $1/day until dumped.
  • Customers will be required to pay for the flat rate and weight limit allowance at pick up, this is where the deposit will be applied. If there is weight overage, customers will receive the bill with a ticket of weight overage via email within 5 business days. 
  • The customer understands that in the event a customer fails to pay in full all monies due to Platinum Services, we may refer matters to an attorney or collection agency. Customer agrees to pay, in addition to any amount due, all costs incurred to Platinum Services as a result of this action.
